Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of Repose River’s website. By accessing and using our website, the user agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this legal notice. The user may not access, use, display, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without consent of Repose Rivers.

Section 1 Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Section 2 – General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. Repose Rivers reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). From time to time, changes may be made to these terms or to our website without notice to you.

Section 3 - Liability:

All makeup, brushes and tools are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are skin care based and/or hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to the application and if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Repose Rivers, its owners, and all employees and agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service and from any liability for injury or damages that may be sustained as a result of using products sold on Repose Rivers and from any skin complication due to an allergic reaction. The use of any products or service bought from Repose Rivers is at the purchaser’s risk.

Section 4 - Payments:

The final balance due is any other expenses occurred for the event as the final payment unless at the discretion of the makeup artist. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has agreed to the terms and condition, booked the appointment. The private information required for executing the orders placed through the website, namely the purchaser/user’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and phone numbers will be kept in the strictest of confidence by Repose Rivers and not sold or made known to a third party. Only necessary information, that is delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to a third parties delivering products.

Section 5 - Use of Image:

Unless prior discussed and approved, Repose Rivers may use its website and / or in any brochure, flyer, or other advertising it deems necessary – all photographs, video, audio and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by Repose Rivers and all its representatives or agents. Client(s) agree to release all claims regarding use of his/her image for such purposes. Client(s) also agree to release name and contact information of professional photographers / videographer’s photographs and recordings.
